We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, return it in the original packaging, in unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a store credit of your purchase price, less shipping charges. Returns after the 7 day grace period will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns will NOT be accepted after 14 days.
You must contact us by email to make arraignments for any returns. Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise without contacting us first, or you will void any and all return rights. We will provide instructions to you via email on how and where to return the merchandise.
Items on Close Out are sold AS IS and cannot be returned. We endeavor to describe close out items as completely as possible, and will note defects, if any.
While we are careful to package your order securely with lots of padding for safe shipment, accidents do sometimes happen on rare occasions. If your purchase arrives in damaged condition, DO NOT automatically return it without contacting us first and Save the original packing material and original shipping box until we send you instructions on how to proceed. We insure most shipments, and our insurance carrier may require us to show them the packing material we shipped the item in to get a reimbursement. In some instances, you can just email us a picture of the damaged item rather than returning it and incurring shipping charges, depending on what the item is. We will gladly give you a replacement or store credit for any damaged items.
Out of Stock items will not be backordered. If we are expecting a new shipment in a few days, we will hold your order until the item arrives. We will advise you if this is the case, in case you don't want to wait. In the event an item is going to be out of stock for more than a week, or is discontinued, we will contact you to give you a choice of an alternate product substitution if we have something similar, or we will issue a refund for that portion of your order, whichever you prefer. If you are in a rush to get your order for an upcoming event, let us know in the comment box of your order form, so we can avoid any delays.
You can sign up for product notifications for any product you are interested in. We will then notify you if the item comes back in stock at a later date.
Many states have laws prohibiting posession of certain bird or animal parts. It is your responsibility to make sure all materials used in an item are legal in the state where you live before ordering. When in doubt, contact your local Fish and Game Department. By ordering an item containing these materials, you agree we will assume no liability for any criminal or civil penalties that may arise, should you choose to ignore this warning.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Anywhere in the Continental US (lower 48 states)
We will ship your order by the most cost effective method, at our discretion, unless prior arrangements are made. If your ENTIRE order will fit in one of the US Postal Priority Mail boxes, that is usually the most cost effective shipping method. Larger packages will be sent by FedEx Ground or US Postal Service Parcel Post, whichever is cheapest, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Priority Mail boxes usually arrive in 3-4 days, excluding weekends and holidays. FedEx Ground usually takes 5-10 days, and US Parcel Post usually takes 1-2 weeks in the continental US. Shipping outside the continental US and to foreign countries will likely take longer, and may incur additional shipping charges.
We charge the actual cost of postage, a delivery confirmation form, and insurance.
We can do RUSH orders by request, but keep in mind that Overnight shipment from where we live still takes two days to most places. If you prefer to have your order shipped by 2-3 day service, we can do that by special arrangement, but shipping charges will be substantially higher, and in many cases cost prohibitive, and may only save a day or two on the transit time.
Alaska, Hawaii , Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APOs/FPOs, US Military Bases
Shipping costs are approximately 20% to 25% of the Order Total,and ships USPS Air Mail Only, taking up to 2 weeks for delivery. We will compute the shipping charges once your order is packed and weighed and we know where it is going.
International Orders to all other locations
Shipping costs for international orders are approximately 20% to 25% of the Order Total, and ships by USPS Air Mail Only, taking 2 to 5 weeks for delivery, depending on which country you live in. We will compute the shipping charges once your order is packed and we know where it is going.
Additonally, many countries have restrictions on the importation of certain bird feathers and animal parts. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs to be sure the item(s) you are ordering are allowed into your country or state. By ordering items containing these materials, you agree we are not responsible for items seized by Customs Inspectors or State Inspectors, or any criminal or civil penalties that may arise from such importation.
Some countries also charge a Duty Fee on imported items. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
