These medallion earrings feature a turquoise cabachon in the center, with 4 squash flowers on the bevel surrounding the stone. Each flower has 2 leafs coming off it for a total of 8 individual leaves, and an elegant clear cubic zirconia stone set in the center of each blossom. The earrings have a silver finish and are on hypoallergenic french ear wires. These beautiful earrings measure 1 1/2" wide by 1 3/4" in length (3.81 x 4.445 cm).

Turquoise is a stone of protection, strong and opaque, yet soothing to the touch, healing to the eye, as if carved from an azure heaven and slipped to earth. Its unique shade of blue, often blue-green, lends it name, Turquoise, to all things of this tranquil hue. The delicate veining or mottled webbing in cream or brown is inherent to the stone and serves to enhance its character.
