You must be satisfied or we will promptly replace the item or refund your money, less shipping charge. It’s as simple as that.

Back Orders

We try very hard to keep all items in stock and normally over 95% of all orders are shipped complete within 24 to 48 hours if your order was received on Monday through Thursday. If your order comes in on Friday or the weekend, it will ship on Monday. 
 
If an item is out of stock, it will usually be back in stock within 7 to 10 days, unless it was a one of a kind item. In that case, we will hold your order until the out of stock item is back in stock unless you tell us you do not want to wait for backorders.
 
Please let us know if you do not want to wait for backorders. In that case, we will issue a refund for the out of stock item, and ship the rest of your order promptly.

Catalog Requests

We currently do not have a print catalog. Our website is our catalog.

Customer Accounts

ONLINE STORE CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS:

You may create and maintain your account information or place orders without creating an account. If you open an account, you will be able to see your past orders, download invoices, and track orders that are in transit.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS:

Our store is open to the public, so you do not need to submit any special paperwork to open an account. Prices are based on the quantity you buy from each shopping category, so the more you buy, the cheaper our prices will get. You can combine items that are the same price and in the same category to meet the quantity discount levels.

Only Washington state residents are charged sales tax. If you are a reseller, you can deduct any tax charged on your federal tax forms.

EMAIL ORDER ADVICE & INVOICES: 

You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your order, then when it is shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping method and tracking number. If you need an invoice, you can print it from your account.

ORDER & ITEM NUMBERS: 

To speed processing and help us fill your order correctly, please use our full SKU item number and a complete description when inquiring about a product. If returning an item, be sure to include the Order number with your return so we can locate the order.

SUBSTITUTIONS: 

If substitutions are acceptable, please list second choices wherever possible.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE: 

Please let us know if you would like to be notified of any substantial price increases before shipment.

PRICING ERRORS:

On rare occasions, an item will get posted without a price. If the price is $0.00, you can assume it is an error, so you should contact us for the correct price.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:

With PayPal, you can add one or more of the following payment methods:

  • Your bank account
  • Your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card
  • Your balance if you have a PayPal Balance account.
SALES TAX & IMPORT FEES

All orders shipped to a Washington state address or billed to Washington residents will be charged sales tax at your local rate. If you are a reseller, you can deduct the whole amount, including the sales tax, from your federal tax forms.

All orders going outside the US are responsible for VAT and/or Import Fees, if applicable, which will be collected by Customs when your package is delivered.

Tracking Packages – USPS and UPS

We provide online tracking of all shipments. Most packages are shipped via the United States Post Office. However, some large or heavy packages are cheaper to ship by UPS. We will choose the most economical way for you, unless you specifically tell us you prefer one or the other.

Track your packages simply by clicking on the link to USPS or UPS. This will open another window to their tracking page. You will then be asked to enter the tracking number(s) of your package(s) – or other reference numbers if you wish to search by some other means.

Don’t type it – COPY & PASTE it!   Tracking numbers are usually long combinations of alpha-numeric characters that can easily be mis-read or typed wrong. Instead of trying to type it into the tracking number field in the shipper’s web page, copy it using your mouse or keyboard keys, then switch to that web page and paste it into the field.
