This no frills plain buckskin shoulder bag would make a great ladies purse or would work equally well as a possible bag for your mountain man, rendezvous or period reinactment outfit. It is completely hand stitched and period correct for the 1400s to 1800s, as well as fashionable for the modern era.

This shoulder bag is available in three sizes. The roomy single compartment on the large shoulder bag is approximately 9″ x 12″ (22.9 cm by 30.5 cm). The medium bag is approximately 7″ x 9″ (17.8 cm x 22.9 cm) and the small bag is approximately 5″ x 7″ (12.7 cm x 17.8 cm). This bag has long fringes on the bottom of the bag and a simple flap closure.

You can get this bag with a strong braided shoulder strap (shown) or wide flat stitched shoulder strap, or we can make it a belt bag, if you prefer.

This bag is handmade in the USA when you order it. Please allow about a week for construction time, and up to two weeks during the peak Christmas shopping period during November and December.
