What is your minimum order for a wholesale account?
Our minimum order is $100.00. If you wish to purchase less, you can buy individual items on our Retail Website.

How do I pay with a credit card?
If you wish to pay with a credit card, select the Pay Pal option, and you can fill in your credit card information on that form. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to make a payment with your credit card through Pay Pal. (However, it's free to open a Pay Pal account if you want one.)

Can I pay with an eCheck?
Yes, you can pay with an eCheck through PayPal. However, paying by this method will delay your order until the check clears our bank. This will usually create a delay of 4 - 10 days.

Are all of your products made by an Indian artist?
If a product is made by a particular Indian artist associated with a recognized tribe, this information will be noted in the product description. Otherwise, the product is NOT Indian produced, an Indian product, or the product of a particular Indian or Indian tribe or Indian arts and crafts organization.

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders paid with a Pay Pal transfer or credit card are usually processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Occasionally, an item might be temporarily out of stock, but is expected back in stock within a week. In that case, we will hold your order until the next shipment arrives. If it will be longer, we will refund the out of stock item and ship the rest of your order.

If you need your order by a certain date, leave a comment in the comment box of your checkout form. In that case, we will refund any temporarily out of stock items and ship the rest of your order in time for your deadline. If that is not possible, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

We ship by US Priority Mail in most instances, which is 2-4 days to anywhere in the continental US (2 days to West Coast, 3 days to the Midwest, 3-4 days to East Coast). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign countries usually take 2-3 weeks transit time after your order is shipped.

If your order requires a large oversize box or is very heavy, we may ship by Parcel Post to save you on shipping charges if you haven't indicated you are in a hurry.

If you paid with an eCheck, this will delay processing of your order until the check clears our bank, usually in 4 to 10 days.

Can you send me a catalog?
Because our inventory changes frequently, we do not produce a paper catalog. However, we do have a Printable Catalog online which you can print out yourself. (If you get a code error the first time the Printable Catalog loads, hit your Refresh button on your browser while holding down your Control key.)

Can you ship internationally?
Unless noted otherwise in the product description, the item can be shipped internationally. We do not ship some items internationally because 1)they are breakable and we cannot purchase shipping insurance for those items if they are going outside the US; 2)the product contains feathers or animal parts that are not allowed to be imported into that country; or 3)the cost of shipping is more than the cost of the product.
